About The Project

My Health Passport is a digital platform designed to structure and track student health data through school-led health programs. Built around the idea of continuity in care, the system transforms periodic health check-ups into a long-term, accessible health record for every student.

Leela Studio was tasked with designing both the platform experience and the brand identity—creating a unified system that connects students, parents, schools, and health technicians. The objective was to move beyond isolated health camps and establish a continuous, trustworthy health ecosystem within educational institutions.

Product Design

On the product side, the platform introduces a multi-dashboard system tailored to each stakeholder. Technicians record and upload health data through structured input flows, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Schools access aggregated insights, while parents receive simplified, visual reports that highlight key indicators and trends.

Designer Notes

Built for Continuity

The core value lies not in a single report, but in tracking change over time.Every interaction contributes to a larger, evolving health record.

Designing for Multiple Stakeholders

The platform balances the needs of technicians, schools, and parents—each with different levels of expertise and intent. The system ensures each user sees only what is relevant to them.

From Events to Systems

Health camps are typically one-time events. This project reframes them as entry points into a continuous health tracking system.

Brand Identity

The identity system was designed to feel calm, accessible, and trustworthy—moving away from the cold, clinical tone often associated with healthcare. Soft visual cues, clear typography, and structured layouts ensure that information feels approachable, especially for parents and young users.
